We’re building a small, elite team of audio engineers and video pros to serve our local artists. While we don’t offer employment with benefits, we do work with skilled, committed, creative independent contractors who share our passion.

Audio Engineers: Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced engineers with existing client experience.
• Local talent (near Fallbrook) who can work in-studio.
• Self-starters who want to grow, lead sessions, and build lasting client relationships.

How It Works

• Start by shadowing a few live sessions to see how we work.
• Then a short, unpaid orientation on our room, gear and workflow.
• Once approved, you’ll lead sessions, initially with support, then independently.
• Pay is revenue-share: 50% to you, 50% to the studio.
• Studio projects we ask you to work on are paid at an agreed rate.
• Optional: give your own studio tours, an hour to hear an artist’s music and talk through their goals, so new clients meet you before they book. Clients who book after your tour book with you.

Perk: Open Studio Time

• When the room is free, book it on the calendar and come in on your own time to experiment, sharpen your skills, and work on your own music. What you make for yourself is yours.

What to Expect

• Most work is in-studio, not remote.
• Not a traditional full-time role. Hours aren’t guaranteed; your income depends on bookings, including the clients you bring.
• Engineers who build their own client base earn the most.
