Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced engineers/videographers with existing client experience.
• Local talent (near Fallbrook) who can work in-studio.
• Self-starters who want to grow, lead sessions, and build lasting client relationships.

How It Works

• Start by shadowing and training on both audio and video production.
• You’ll have studio access to hone your skills.
• Once approved, you’ll lead sessions—initially with support, then independently.
• Pay is revenue-share: 50% to you, 50% to the studio.
• Some unpaid work is expected —an investment in your growth and the team.

What to Expect

• Most work is in-studio, not remote.
• Not a traditional full-time role—success depends on your effort in client acquisition and participation.
• Those who commit and contribute most actively also earn the most.
