Final payment is due at session end.
We clean and sanitize the studio before every visit therefore we require clients to agree not to hold Sonic-Rocket liable for health issues from studio use.
Time booked is time billed.
No smoking inside the studio. Clients may smoke in the front parking area.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down.
No drug use of any kind on our property.
Sonic-Rocket takes no responsibility for client materials, gear, or recordings left on premises.
We accept cash, credit cards, and PayPal.
Cancellations & Payments
Sessions cancelled 24 or more hours in advance reschedule at no charge.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
Furthermore, we release no tapes, masters, or data until we receive full payment.
We release materials only to the party who paid for the session.
Sessions & Materials
Studio time includes normal engineer breaks — meals, rest, and lavatory visits. Additionally, your masters and session files are your responsibility. We back up session files regularly. Even so, bring a Mac-formatted hard drive and take a copy home for safekeeping. Furthermore, if you break something beyond normal wear and tear, you cover the repair. Finally, all permissions, insurance, and releases are the client’s responsibility.

If you are dissatisfied with results at any point, we can suspend or cancel the project. However, cancelled projects forfeit all payments made to that point.
— Musician Services
Most of our team sings and plays multiple instruments. As a result, we include our musician services at no extra charge. Alternatively, we maintain a roster of professional session players and will gladly connect you with them. Any arrangement with those players is directly between you and them — negotiate your own terms.
If you prefer, we can organize the entire project. That includes hiring musicians and helping with songwriting and arranging. Furthermore, we guide you from start to finish. We also offer full music production services where we hire the session musicians on your behalf.
